Complete construction of single-family houses and multi-family residential buildings, delivered according to the approved design and Polish building regulations.

Groundwork and foundations

Site preparation, excavation, footings and foundation slabs, including damp-proofing and insulation of the below-ground structure.

Structural shell

Masonry and reinforced concrete work: load-bearing walls, columns, lintels, staircases and floor slabs built to the structural design.

Roofing and building envelope

Roof structures and coverings, external wall insulation, windows and doors fitted so the building is weathertight and energy conscious.

Interior finishing

Partition walls, plastering, screeds, ceilings and finishing works that bring the interiors to a ready-to-furnish standard.

Site management and coordination

Scheduling of trades, material deliveries and progress tracking, with a single point of contact for the client throughout the build.
